Head of Bangalore Studio and India Operations
Vikrant brings over 25 years of cross-functional experience from companies like GE, Accenture, Xerox, Better Mortgage, and Technicolor. Formerly Head of HR for APAC and HR Business Partner for the Games division, he now leads the Bangalore studio and our India Operations with strategic clarity and a strong people-first approach.

With +10 years of experience in Finance across the Tech & Media industry, Alessandra leads the FP&A function at Technicolour Games. Collaborating closely with the President and the leadership team, she supports strategic decision-making and drives sustainable business growth. Alessandra is passionate about building modern, scalable FP&A functions that go beyond traditional reporting. Her approach focuses on continuous process improvement, leveraging automation and AI to increase efficiency, drive smarter decisions, and create a more resilient finance function.

Mathew brings in 26+ years Technology experience. With Gaming significantly evolving around Cloud, Mobile and Cross Platform plays, he is focused on building environments enabling Creatives create cutting edge content for Gamers providing an AI enabled engaging experience including Metaverse.
